Lettings Negotiator

Reeds Rains York Branch are now looking for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding estate agency on a permanent basis.

As a Lettings Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:

• Pay in the region of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (OTE)
• Basic salary from £24,000 plus monthly commission pay

In the role of a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch by:

• Generating and conducting Lettings Viewings
• Winning and gaining new Applications on properties to let, progressing to moving in.
• Business Prospecting and proactive activity
• Local market knowledge and networking
• Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Displaying excellent customer service at all times

Industry experience is preferred, but this is not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous lettings &/or customer service experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

A full UK driving license is essential.
