Job Profile

Reeds Rains are looking for two Accompanied Viewers at our Manchester City Centre branch on a casual hours, temporary basis.

 

Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the sale and letting of a property as easy and straight forward as possible. We pride ourselves on our friendly staff who are always on hand to ensure the sales and letting experience delivers a high-quality professional service.

 

No previous property experience is necessary as full training will be provided to the right candidate. A driving licence is essential (a car will be provided to carry out viewings).

 

The main duties of the role will involve:

  • Accompany viewers to appointments (both sales and rental properties)
  • Ensuring the property is suitable for viewing, promoting the property to the viewer and feeding back to the sales / lettings team after the appointment.
  • Working closely with the sales and lettings teams in branch
  • Managing own diary, updating tenants and vendors and confirming timings with all parties.

Essential Skills required:

  • Be organised and have good attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work towards deadlines and use your own initiative
  • Able to manage own diary and communicate with all parties effectively
  • Local Knowledge of Manchester city centre area would be advantageous

Hourly Pay – Minimum Wage plus incentives depending on results.

 

This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
