About the Role

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance issues across our residential property portfolio. You'll be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently and to a high standard.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Logging and tracking reported maintenance issues
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and approved contractors
  • Instructing and coordinating repairs and property inspections
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Keeping detailed records on our property management system
  • Following up to ensure work is completed satisfactorily and on time

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a property, maintenance, or customer service role (preferred – not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Confident using property software (training provided)
  • A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
