Estate Agent

Reeds Rains Congleton/ Holmes Chapel Branches are looking for an Estate Agent (Sales & Lettings) to join on a permanent basis. Consideration will be given to Full time and Part time applicants.

Industry experience is not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous sales &/or customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:

• Pay in the region of £24,000 - £26,500 per annum (Full time OTE)

In the role of a Negotiator you will: 

• Register Customers and carry out property matches
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between all parties
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Always display excellent customer service  

A full UK driving licence is essential.
