Negotiator

Reeds Rains West Derby , Liverpool office are looking for a highly motivated part time Negotiator to join our estate agency on a permanent basis.

As a Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:

In the role of a Negotiator you will: 

• Register Customers and carry out property matches
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between all parties
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times  

Industry experience is preferred, but this is not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous sales &/or customer service experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

A full UK driving licence is essential with access to a car.
